A calling in language
Mohammed Aladawi has spent more than twenty-six years in the service of the English language. For twenty-one of those years he has taught at the Applied College of King Khalid University in Khamis Mushait, guiding undergraduates through grammar, listening, speaking, reading, and writing at every level of proficiency. His classrooms are known for a quiet insistence on inclusion: mainstream learners, deaf students, and men studying inside correctional institutions have all been welcomed as equal partners in learning.
Before Abha, he taught at Riyadh Schools in the Nasriya District from 1998 to 2004, where his students included members of the Saudi Royal Family — from kindergarten through the secondary years.

Alongside teaching, he has carried a long record of administrative service at the Applied College:

- 2008 – 2012 — English Language Labs Supervisor
From 2019 to 2025 he also served as a qualified sign language interpreter for deaf students, translating not only vocabulary but the confidence to belong in a university lecture hall.
Education
He holds a Postgraduate Pedagogic Diploma in Education and English Methodology from Damascus University (1989 – 1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, also from Damascus University (1985 – 1989).
Languages
In addition to these four languages, he is a qualified sign language interpreter.
